The contract expressed that all required permits would be obtained by the contractor for this project. Through interaction with the building department it was discovered that all required permits were not obtained. The contractor was informed by me about this issue. My efforts to reach the contractor are still ongoing and they have failed to return my calls. . A final inspection is pending until this matter is resolved. The advice from the building department is to pay for the permits myself and sue the contractor. I wouldn't recommend this contractor for this reason alone.

BTO is by far, the best contractor I've ever had the pleasure of working with. His staff were true professionals throughout. They use quality products and are fast and courteous, always keeping the client in the loop. Their knowledge of the project was spot on, and the meticulous attention to detail really shows in the final product . You can't go wrong with this company, and their pricing is more competitive than any other contractor I spoke with. They are hard working and dedicated to providing what you want. It's my opinion that BTO is above reproach and worth every penny I paid. They will be my 1st choice in future projects. My thanks and gratitude to the entire BTO crew.

We had a very good experience with BTO Construction. They were easy to work with and had no problem with our last minute changes. We were kept informed of any cost or time changes. We're happy with the result.
