Central A/C - Install
The project was completed on time and within budget. They provided exceptional expertise and a high level of professionalism. The only comment or recommendation that I would HIGHLY advise is to seek your own independent/licensed/bonded/qualified electrician or any 3rd party vendor since there was miscommunication on some updates. Only quote BTU for their work, if there is any work outside of BTU's responsibility then seek your own vendor. I personally like to keep all vendors/contractors accountable for the work they do.

Excellent job! The Service was first class, professional and thorough. Brian was prompt, meeting me directly after work. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and answered all my questions. Also, EXCELLENT Customer Service with Lindsay in the office. I'll definately call them for future repairs/service.

Absolutely fantastic! We thought we needed a new furnace but found out we didn't and had BTU service both our furnaces. The owner, Brian, did the work and was very professional. He saw a loose panel on one unit that had cause the wires to melt and fixed the panel so it wouldn't do that again. I'd definitely use them to replace our furnaces when we need it done. I would highly recomment them to do yearly service and repair or replacement. It's nice to feel you can trust someone like Brian.

BTU Mechanical was one of the finest contractors that I have dealt with. Brian Perrault (owner) is a true professional in the HVAC field. He makes sure that the system installation is as designed by the manufacturer and he does not take any shortcuts or leave out any steps that could compromise the installation. Brian always looks out for the best interest of his customers. I am very happy with BTU Mechanicals installation of my 3 ton heat pump and new air handler and will whole heartedly recommend BTU Mechanical to anyone looking for a HVAC contractor.

Excellent communication, great price! BTU was the first company to respond to our ServiceMagic request. We got Lindsey's call on a Wed. evening, about 2 minutes after we put the request in. This responsiveness and availability continued throughout the job. Before we decided to hire BTU, we had 4 other companies come out and give estimates. BTU's price was second-lowest, but we had no confidence in the guy who gave us the lowest. BTU's estimate was very detailed, and it addressed all our concerns (unlike others). Brian came when he said he would, did a great job, cleaned up after himself, and answered all our questions. We definitely would recommend them to others.
