Mike with Bugout was absolutely phenomenal. We had a horrible Yellowjacket problem where we could hear them buzzing through the wall of our living room. Even though he had a booked schedule he still fit us in and took care of the problem immediately upon arriving. He was very knowledgeable and informative, polite and straight to the point! Mike comes twice a year and more often if it is needed. As soon as I see one or two bugs, I contact Mike and he responds immediately. He has been keeping the interior and exterior of my home bug free for many years. He is pleasant and very professional. I can highly recommend Mike without any hesitation. You will be very pleased with the result of his work. It is always a pleasure to have him keep my home bug free and to see him.
