Non-professional Did not how do to certain work like patching holes that he made with drywall. Likes to use way to much spray foam. Had to cut additional holes in my wall to remove excess insulation and did not finish the patch work for the drywall. Never painted the crawl space hatch he had to replace.

We are already seeing a difference in the house rataining heat so we are very pleased. Three workers did the job and were well mannered and efficent. The only problem was getting them here when they said they would be here. It was delayed a day, then they didn't get here til late afternoon when we expected them around noon. All and all a good experience.

They performed to my expectations. Mike the salesperson was easy to discuss project with and was preofessional. Nick and Dave, the installers, were hard working and seemed to take pride in what they did. Not easy to do what they do - they were enthusiastic nonetheless.

We were told by the sales person that it was possible that a few clapboards may be cracked or broken but the majority would not be damaged. When the project was completed nearly every clapboard was slit in half the length of the board and put back up broken. They were very slow in processing the paperwork needed for the utility rebate. We will wait for winter to see how well the insulation job was itself was done. My recommendation is to use someone else even if it costs a few extra dollars.
