BUILDING PERFORMANCE PROS LLC

From a person who rarely writes reviews I just really want to let potential customers and the team know how much I appreciate their work on my basement crawlspace (old vapor barrier and rodent debris cleaned out, rodent exclusion, insulation of ducting, floor joists and hot wall, new vapor barrier, and even a few free add-ons where they saw the need). Everyone was highly knowledgeable, professional, communicative, friendly, thorough, clean and timely. Truly a great experience from my first meeting for the bid with Clarissa to job completion by Tyler, Nick and Jeremy (4 days from start to finish)! I hope this helps someone on the fence know how trustworthy they proved to be and that the job was competitively and fairly priced after multiple bids. They'll be my first contact next time I need similar services.

Building Performance Pros did an outstanding job! Craig and his team replaced the vapor barrier and insulation and sealed everything in our crawl space. They explained all of their work in a professional and extremely respectful manner. We are very pleased with this company.

Daniel and his team did a great job on the significant challenge of re-sealing and re-insulating the crawl space of a 40 yr old mobile home. Tough assignment, first class work and communication.

In the confines of the most unfriendly work environment ever, these guys did what I didn't think could be done. In a crawl space where one can barely move, let alone work, they managed to remove all the old, failing fiberglass insulation that the rodents seem to love to nest in and replaced it with closed-cell foam insulation. They identified and sealed every possible way that critters could enter this space, repaired or replaced all rodent damaged ductwork, cleaned and fumigated all ductwork and laid new vapor barrier throughout. Every member of their team has been polite, respectful and professional and I still can't believe the transformation below the floor of my house that just took place. It's gone from one of the creepiest, most inhospitable spaces to one that is clean, sealed, well insulated and rodent-free in just a week. This was money well spent.

Extremely professional hardworking crew!

No terrible

The workers were on time. Very efficient. They did a blower door test and found the air leaks and insulated these areas. Blew installation above the garage, cleaned out the crawl space and put new installation there and basement. Found a water leak from my toilet,Thank goodness. Covered everything in the basement and swept and cleaned up after. I would recommend them!
