Santiago and his crew are polite and professional. They are knowledgeable and experienced. They were excellent in building a composite deck for us. Elizabeth communicated with us frequently, giving an estimated project cost, updating on the status of the material order,building permits, or any questions or concerns we had. Santiago was a blessing to work with. After a horrible experience with a previous contractor it was great to work with someone who cared about his customer and workmanship. Santiago remodeled out deck at it came out amazing. The previous homeowners didnt do a great job in caring for the deck, so it was leaking and falling apart. When speaking with the company, H\he and his wife were very professional, gave us a timely quote that wasn't unreasonable and finished the job before the intended deadline. After my husband and I saw what he could do on the deck, we had him refinish our inside stairs. We couldnt have asked for a better experience or team to work with. Santiago was knowledgeable of the materials and guided us through the process. He even gave us his own decorative opinion about the deck and it worked out great. We were so satisfied with his work that we recommended him to our neighbor and my boss. He and his team are absolutely fabulous! I have added him to my contacts because I will be working with him again in the future.

Santiago and his team did an absolutely amazing job. After power washing the deck it was evident that the deck needed more repairs than we initially thought. Santiago replaced the necessary boards (for a fair additional price), reinforced and stabilized the railing. My deck is almost 30 years old and I was concerned the new boards would not blend with the old. His team did a fabulous job of countersinking the old nail heads, sanding all the boards old and new, sanding all the spindles and deck railing so they all looked brand new and the job was done so well I was able to use a transparent stain to show off the beautiful clear cedar deck instead of a semi-translucent stain or paint which would cover the grain of the wood. In 30 years I have had my deck repaired, power washed and stained many times. Santiago and his team are probably the best group I have ever had for the service they provided. They are polite, nice, professional and communicate issues with you. I would highly recommend them for any deck, power washing or staining jobs.
