Gave us an incredible quote — literally $800 less than the other company that quoted us. Bob was communicative, efficient, and overall personable. A breath of fresh air over the unreliability I have encountered while pursuing a separate home improvement project. This four-star rating is more like a 4.5. Only deducted a few points because he made a comment I didn’t appreciate about our dog being old and probably dying soon. It was probably just him making conversation, but it didn’t sit right with me and I have to be honest about that. All that said, would recommend for the price, efficiency, and reliability!
