BV Renovations and Home Services have been with working my Townhouse projects for three years not just with renovations but with Handyman services and Lawn services as well. I agree with a previous comment that Ben, the owner, shares with you great suggestions and gives your project a perfect makeover. Personable and professional service. We live in a gated community of 171 homes and our Management company has chosen BV as our "go to" contractor for our common areas and for individual home owners.

Ben was excellent. He actually came on the day that he said he would and didn't cancel on me. In fact he actually scheduled me into his weekly plan even though I had another Contractor lined up, who texted me the morning of the day he was supposed to arrive, but flaked out. Ben was my backup, but should have been my 1st choice. He and his crew did quality work using quality material and screws instead of nails or staples. Ben had great suggestions on doing finishing work in the yard, which he completed for me and it really made the side yard not only functional, but also looks great. He also stands behind his work with a 1 year warranty. I highly recommend Ben and his crew. I have another project that needs to be done and I will for sure have it done by Ben.
