Thanks for the review. I am sorry you don't feel the value for the money warranted 5 stars and have to disagree. After purchasing the lead, fuel to drive over, moving your enormous heavy furniture including a piano which i did not expect, I gave you a more than fair deal to stretch your very old thick carpeting. Everyone wants a low price, yours was fair. A bigger company would have charged you way more.

Bill called me quickly and was able to come to my house within an hour. He assessed what needed to be done and gave me a fair price. I am very pleased with the outcome. My carpet looks great again after he got rid of the buckled areas. You won't be disappointed with his work.

Installed a runner for the stairs leading down into our basement. I had considered doing the job myself, but was glad that I did not. BW Carpeting did and outstanding job and I could not be happier with the results. I would highly recommend them for any carpeting job.

The entire contract was done via text messaging..I was in denver and bw carpeting is in brick nj. Bill was very easy to work with and i trusted him to select matching colors .. he and his crew arrived on time and completed the job before I got home. Trustworthy professionals. Cleaned the work areas and hauled away the old carpet
