The job he does is pretty good but when it comes to you having trouble with your door I would give him a zero because he does not return or respond the calls I have made to him 7 or 8 times. Very bad customer service.

I requested a specific Forest Green door. At first I was told that it would take 6 weeks to come in, then the next thing I knew he texted, wanting to install the next day. I deferred, he was persistent. He came the next day, took them most of the day to install, and there was loud music blaring the entire time. I had just had my dog put down from terminal cancer and was not in the mood. When I examined the door the next day I realized that they had PAINTED a white door green! I AM FURIOUS! They did not tell me this was a painted door. I had a Forest Green metal door at our last home, so I was unsuspecting. I also have a remote that doesn not work. Home Advisor did not help me at all, I would have done better out of the phone book!

the gentleman was very professional and showed up as he promised. was very happy with the way the job went and he did a few things without adding to his quote. only thing not happy with is the door closed just a little more than before work started. but for sure will use this company if and when the need arises.

Our garage Torsion Spring broke in the middle of the night and Bart called back first thing in the morning to come and fix it. It took him no time to get the job done. He was very friendly and explained everything to me and he also was reasonably priced. I will definitely call him again in the future as well as send him referrals.

DO NOT HIRE HIM I'm a retired person and am not very mobile. I trusted this person to do what was right. Yes, he did install my door and at the agreed upon price. But after he left, my daughter came over for a visit. She went downstairs and when she came back up, she described how he left a large gap on top of the door he installed and did not complete the trim work. I asked he leave one of the two doors he took down. Both of them are still here!!!! I've called him numerous times and left voice messages each time. He got my money and he has not returned ANY of my calls. DO NOT HIRE HIM
