I hired BW Home Inspections prior to closing on a newly constructed home in Saint Augustine, FL. I am very happy with the work done by Bobby. He found many items that the Builder did not find prior to the first walk through. Bobby was flexible and returned for a second inspection on the morning of closing for a re-inspection. He did a great job again, as he identified items to be completed that day or with a promise to complete by the builder. The reports for both inspections were completed within hours after the inspection. The fees were very reasonable. I made a good decision to have an inspection of a new home and made a great choice using Bobby from BW Home Inspections.

Mr. Williams was very thorough, courteous and punctual. He coordinated the Termite inspection as well for me. His discoveries were certainly not things I would have noticed on my own. Money well spent!!

Brad was extremely friendly and responsive! He was so polite and flexible with my need to schedule quickly. He misquoted the overall inspection amount initially (due to an additional price from the pest inspection company he used for the WDO inspection), but rather than charging the higher price, the day of the inspection, he took the hit off his own charges. (Which I told him he definitely didn't need to do because I understood that a quote over the phone could always change). We met him at the home after the inspection was completed, and he walked us through some minor things he saw so we didn't interpret it too heavily on the inspection report. He had all reports back, with pictures, by noon the following day as promised. During a stressful window in our first home buying experience, not stressing over the home inspections were a huge relief! (And I ordered every kind of inspection offered) :) I would definitely recommend Brad to anyone!
