Arrived a little late due to unexpectedly heavy traffic (hence the half star off). Once he arrived, he was very professional and explained everything. He looked at the garage door, provided us with our options, and explained what he has doing. He was done in next to no time and the door has been working perfectly for just over a month now and we are very happy.

BWI Garage Door provided exceptional service the same day. The staff and technician was polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Their price was significantly less than other companies and the technician was definitely an expert in his field. He was also courteous and polite. On Friday Louis was on time and after evaluating the work he did give a price that I think was fair. Job was schedule for Sunday and he was on time. He remove and replace my two doors garage. Great job , Very professional and he hauled away the old doors and rails. I would definitely recommend that you give BWI a chance. You will be glad you did.

BWI Garage Doors were just what I was looking for! I found them through Home Advisor which I used for the first time and was extremely pleased with both services. Loui was the technician who came out to look at the problem. He was very knowledgeable of what needed to be done. He didn’t try to sell me anything or try to make my problem seem like it was bigger than what it was. Loui arrived at the quoted time and was extremely professional. I would highly recommend their services if you need garage repair. I plan to use them in the future when I purchase my garage door.

Great service, great service, on time repair; my garage door was broken and in bad shape, this Repair Man, his Gazacho Masala (sorry if I misspelled his name); he was on time, he knew what it takes to repair the garage, he used the right tools, he was very knowledgeable, very intelligent and very professional, amazing Technician. I strongly recommend him and please give Gazacho Masala a raise because he represents BWI Garage Doors LLC very well. Great/Outstanding service.
