We recently purchased a generator system for our home from BWM. The planning and installation of this system went really well. All the BWM employees and the many utility workers involved were great. Honest and hardworking company. Responded very quickly to my call and did a very fair assessment of my issue without the high pressure tactics you are used to. Very communicative. Asked questions. And didn't beat me over the head with pricing. A few days later when testing showed the issue still there, they came back out and took a new look at the issue, and again dealt with me fairly and professionally. I'd recommend them to others in a heartbeat.

The gentleman that came to my home was on time and very professional, the only problem I had was the fact that he had to go to the store for parts; I would have thought that since it was a company that deals with electrical repairs, they would keep an assortment of things in the work vehicle. He wasnâ t gone long. So like I said, other than that A plus work.

How do you stay calm when an industrial truck at the wrong place rips the power panel and line pure off your house? You have DWM as your electricians and know you're covered. Picture it, a cold front moves in after a few warmer days. It's Friday morning and you're getting everything done before the weekend and boom- this happens. When you are looking at a hole in the side of your house and the remaining parts of the box and the wire are spread down the drive into the road, you have a choice of two mindsets- 1. You can think to yourself there is no way this could be repaired today IF you can even find a trustworthy electrician to show so you might as well start planning a weekend away for the family until you can get power back... OR 2. You take a sip of coffee and breathe a sigh of relief because you have BWM on speed dial and these guys deserve capes when it comes to getting the job done right, well, and quickly. I'm no Katniss Everdeen but I knew the odds were not ever in my favor. Brent worked nonstop well into the darkness of the evening installing new everything outside for us. He answered every question we had and kept us in the loop throughout the process. He even made sure everything was running properly before he left. I didn't have to deal with any of the headache beyond snuggling in my blanket to stay nice and warm. My son was even happy on his day with no fortnite or youtube because, as he said, "Brent was awesome!" I still can't believe they were able to restore power that fast. You can tell you're not just another number or job for these guys. There is a professional humanity to them that is becoming mere folklore. It's a breath of fresh air. I've been around various trades my entire life and have been underwhelmed by many and burned by others with lack of professionalism, character or skill.. When you happen to find yourself working with a 5 star company, you have to take a moment to let the neighbors and friends know you've found the good guys and these guys are well above good.

Awesome service always provided

Allen was very professional and a genuinely nice guy. The quality of work was top notch. I would definitely recommend him.

Took over a day to hang inside light and 4 outdoor lights. The price stated by the worker was not what was asked for in the end. The owner needed to come out the second day to help get the job done correctly. Outdoor lights do not work correctly.

Ray was very professional and informative. I passed info. on to my homeowner's association.

Professional and very nice

After a couple of quotes, we decided to go with BWM. They were so professional and nice. There was an unforseen accident, and one of our water lines were knicked. I have never been so impressed by anyone's dedication to his company. We didn't find out until a few hours after the job was complete. The owner Allen came as soon as I called. He stayed with us until late that evening, while we waited for an emergency plumber. His integrity alone will bring me back to use BWM electrical.

Jason did a great job of installing a ceiling fan (there was not a light fixture there previously) and an outlet. He was on time, did the job quickly, cleaned up after himself, he was very pleasant and wore a mask the whole time. Would definitely recommend!

Ellen was friendly prompt courteous and totally professional did announce standing job. I'm a stickler for details and he was all over it down to even setting the direction of the lights on a track light I had installed he even did some additional work at no additional charge. I would recommend him any day of the week and you should try him you will not be disappointed!
