I hired Bruce to pour a basement floor, the job was never completed, the last time he was out here to remove plywood, primer the floor and add a drain, the basement is half cemented, the project was suppose to be completed as per contract on 10/11/19, always had an excuse as to way he could not finish, so yesterday I let him go
