Please do not make the same mistake I did. Stay away from this inexperienced untrustworthy company. The last 10 months have been a nightmare of bad installations not to manufacturer specs, damages to my yard and home, inexperienced employees with substance abuse issues on the job, days of not showing up or 2 hour days, waste and junk everywhere.They have used, damaged and broken my tools and even reconfigured my fuse box to be able to use my electricity to plug in and operate a trailer housed sprayer. Then my house kept tripping fuses and I had a licensed electrician come take a look. The main ground had been disconnected somehow.No one else had touched the fuse box except to reset the breakers after they started tripping.When something went wrong I got misinformation, blame on a manufacturer for not sending something or sending the wrong thing or on me for wanting the wrong thing, or his inexperienced workers (that only lasted a couple of weeks), but never that he may have done anything incorrectly. Several times a week his foreman complained to me (saying I deserved to know) that Brad instructed him to do something incorrectly instead of how he knew it should be done. Then Brad blamed me for changing something and that is why the 2-3-month job was taking 3x that long. The foreman told me of a history of substandard work done by the company when it was located in a different state before relocating here the previous year. The foreman also told me this was the first swimming pool he had ever worked on.Any concern I had for problems were blown off and I was told I did not know what I was talking about. It was now clear to me that I was being manipulated and being taken advantage of because of my situation and it was time to do something to stop it. So, I searched and found an experienced pool contractor who would inspect what was completed of the installation. Thank goodness I did because not only were my concerns well founded, but there were much more potentially dangerous and improperly installed, out of code items. I have contacted the manufacturers of products Brad used and they confirmed both the misuse of their products and/or improper installation, including one pool pump that this company installed incorrectly and burned it up running it not primed. After the fact Brad says it is my fault because he put pump where I wanted it. Against code and repeated stern warnings in the Pentair installation manual, Brad installed the propane burning heater inches from my bedroom window so the carbon monoxide exhaust enters the house. He told me he knows the code and blames this on me saying I insisted that is where I wanted it. I purchased $10,000 worth of pavers when his foreman told me the reason for repeated days of work stoppage was that supplies were not purchased because the company did not have $ for them. At that time he had 2-3 new completely inexperienced young people he would hired. They took days and days piling up to 15 of sand, hand patting the sand and laying the pavers 1 by 1. the foreman showed them how he thought it should be done then worked on something else or left to another job site. Brad was rarely here to supervise. The result was the pavers had to be torn out and they tried again twice. According to an experienced landscape company the pavers are still installed incorrectly and need to be re-laid with the proper base material.It will cost me thousands of dollars to fix all these issues and the many more not mentioned here.The company name was changed last week. The pool contractor license Brad had was taken out in 6/18 and was supposed to be valid for 2 years was made inactive after 6 months. I am leery of the 2 high reviews for this company given on the same day close to when the company started in MO. Suspicious considering what I went through, what I heard from other clients AND the stories that we heard

B. Wade Construction installed an addition for me. Brad exceeded my expectations in regards to quality of work. He is very hands on, and he was on site every day. He meticulously manages his sub contractors. I recommend this company highly.

Brad is very conscious of the job that he delivers. He goes the extra mile to make sure the quality is top notch.
