I cannot recommend Igor and BYM LLC enough. These guys are simply amazing, best contractors I have worked with. I had previously asked Home Depot to take care of my flooring project but after a month of waiting on scheduling, they said they could not tear down the parquet flooring and said I had to find someone else. Igor came within a day of me calling him, and gave me a very reasonable quote and also explained all my options properly. Project started and completed within 2 days - just as promised. Igor was always on time, and above all, he just took care of everything. I didn't hear anything until the project was done. He figured out parking, worked with my building concierge and just got it done. And the flooring work itself was very well done, the floor looks gorgeous. Thank you so much!!

These are progress pics of a current project involving partial floor leveling & installing about 960 s.f. Of plank laminate flooring. The home is about 70 years old and the new floor was installed over a combination of underlayment in the halls & bedrooms & self leveling concrete over encapsulated laminate flooring in the kitchen. Igor & Dan did a superb job of addressing all concerns of the existing varying heights & conditions. They are prompt, courteous and I would eagerly hire them / recommend them again when I have the opportunity!
