BEWARE!! I had a signed contract with him and he upped his price because his cost was more. (the price increase was in January and the estimate he gave me was in May-clearly his fault for not getting good estimates) He said he is a small company and that he can't eat the cost increase but it's okay if I do?!?! The work was good but I will never use him again!! What he did was not ethical and illegal.

Orlando is the best. His crew members are great too. His attention to detail is second to none and that is what I was after. He pays his crew really well and it shows in their work. He is honest and communicated with me on everything. This will be my go to company from now on. I agree with all the other reviewers, with Orlando you get your moneys worth and more.

Heard his crew gutted and beautifully remodeled my very outdated and poorly finished basement apartment into a beautiful Airbnb. Bravo! Best of the Best in his field!! So glad I found him!

We needed a tile backsplash removed in our kitchen and drywall installed after the demo. Orlando was punctual, professional and did a great job. The backsplash removal was carefully handled and the new drywall looks as though it has always been there. Would absolutely hire again and highly recommend B & Z Remodeling.

Quality work at fair prices

Orlando did an incredible job in our home! He painted two bathrooms of cabinets, painted walls, doors, door frames and our front door. He did truly an amazing job and we will hire him again! If you need a painterâ ¦ This is the guy to call!

Orlando was amazing. From beginning to end he was easy to work with, kind, and incredibly hard working. When he painted our home he had only one other person working with him and the two of them worked long hard hours. They were very good about checking their work to make certain they hadnâ t missed anything. I just canâ t say enough good about them. They are going to paint additional rooms for me and I will be delighted to see them and have them back in my home. Obviously I highly recommend them.

I would definitely, definitely hire Orlando again. When the job was bid, he listened to what I wanted and offered very helpful suggestions. He also helped me find the perfect color. He was professional and very skilled at his craft. He painted a bathroom after it was remodeled, and repaired/painted walls, casings, as well as baseboards in my hallway. Very pleased with his work. I highly recommend B&Z Remodeling and Orlando.

We are finishing our basement, and hired Orlando for the paint work. We wanted the paint to match our upstairs, which is exactly how it turned out. He bid out the project expecting a prime coat, and 2 finish coats of paint. Upon completing the project, he wasn t satisfied with how it looked with the 2 coats. He felt that we would be happier with the paint job if there was a 3rd coat. He took responsibility for underbidding the project, and did not charge any additional money to apply the 3rd coat; we worked out that I would split the cost of the extra paint for the 3rd coat. The finished project looks great, and is even better than the paint job in our upstairs contracted out by our home builder. Orlando also did things we had not specifically discussed when he bid the project such as painting a couple of our basement doors that only had a prime coat, and caulked around our basement windows to make them look finished. I would highly recommend this company, and will certainly call them again for any painting needs that come up.
