Baby D did not show up as scheduled. Many excuses to put me off to another day. Finally showed the following week, but arrived 4 hours later than scheduled and therefore could not finish the job hired for. They did give me a break on the amount due to the rescheduling, however, was supposed to be here this morning and again a no show and I did not get a return call when I tried to find them.

They did come a day earlier than they had previously said they would and that was great. They did a great job in the front yard and a half a!@ job in the back yard so not real happy with them.

They were very responsive. They always returned my calls and always let me know if they were running late. They were courteous and thorough. They completed an excellent and professional job. The yard looked beautiful after their cleanup, the best it has ever looked after paying for yard work, and we have used various others. We anticipate having Baby D's come back for ongoing maintenance they are that good!
