A senior friend had lost power to her refrigerator and outlets on Christmas day. I found a guy on Craigslist for her. He turned out to be a flake. I then contacted Eric. Not only did he do an excellent job but kept me updated on when he'd be there. My friend is very pleased with his service. I would not hesitate to hire him in the future.

Josh and Tim were very professional, knowledgeable and quick on a repair that had baffled others. I am extremely pleased with the owner Eric getting me help right away, the quality work that was done and the great price I paid. I will hire them again for all ofy electrical needs and recommend them to everyone!

Eric, the owner, works very hard and so do his elployees. The quality of their work was complimented by the state inspector, and they seemed to use their time very efficiently. The cost was resonable and wel explained before hand. It would have been less than the original estimate if hte inspector hadn't required an additional permit.

Eric was on time, courteous and efficient. Rather than pull out the entire wall heater as I had suggested, he opted to leave it and work around it which saved both time and money.

Electricians are busy however I called Eric at 8 am and he told me that he could come stop by at 6pm that evening to work on the problem.

Eric was able to come the next day and installed the new outlet in 1.5 hours.

Phenomenal job! Eric Bachtel and his electricians (Jesse, Josh, and Matt) are all highly professional and a pleasure to work with. Eric promptly answered all calls, came when they said they would come, and do what they promised. They replaced two high ceiling chandeliers, installed a ceiling fan, added a timer to the outside lights, replaced a bathroom fan, and added a number of dimmers. They worked through problems that arose, kept me informed, and made sure that I approved of any modifications. These guys work hard and know their business. I posted my project on Home Advisor late Thursday; received a response from Eric on Friday; he came out to the house on Saturday and provided an estimate; on Tuesday the last of my fixtures were delivered; and on Wednesday the Bachtel electricians were hard at work. They stayed late (with my hearty approval) and finished the next day. Incidentally, the estimate remained the same amount that I was billed. What a contractor! Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

Eric and team installed recessed lighting in my home. Scheduling: was very accommodative and came in at very short notice (after I rescheduled it a couple of times). Pricing: was very reasonable. Work: the team was very efficient and professional with constant updates and information. Overall, did a very good and thorough job. Would definitely recommend Eric and his team!

Eric came by the same day. I was very pleased with that. He was very quick in making the repair I needed.

Eric was awesome. He checked the situation out thoroughly, installed the necessary hardware, and advised me on a few things I could do myself to save a few bucks. His charge was surprisingly modest. On top of all that, I got next day service.

Eric was very prompt in returning calls and was able to schedule with us within a couple of days. I hadn't heard from some of the other electricians until after our job had been completed by Eric. Eric was knowledgeable about the job that needed to be done and wasn't frustrated with our own lack of know how on home improvement. Eric went above and beyond doing more than we expected him to on a kitchen circuit rewire and charged a fair value for the work that was done. If we need an electrician in the future, we will definitely be calling Eric!

Eric went above and beyond. We had a broken wire somewhere inside our walls. Eric checked every connection, chased all the wires, and when he couldn't find it and we agreed that he was going to run a new circuit he showed up and continued chasing the bad wire on his own time at no charge to me due to his commitment to excellence. Since he had to cut a hole in my wall to run the new circuit he has made several trips out to patch, texture, and paint my wall so that it looks good as new. He did all of this at no extra charge. His quality of work and character are a rare find these days.

Communication was excellent. He walked me through all the steps he was going to take in order to complete the job. The parts list necessary to do the work were itemized and he went over them detailing what they were for. When the work was finished he thoroughly explained what he did, and demonstrated how to operate the items. He left the product manuals in a clearly visible place for future reference. I was impressed by the meticulous approach that was used.

He repaired two wall outlets. Very professional. I had previously hired a different electrician who could not find the problem. Bachtel fixed the problem in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them.
