Seth is the guy you wish would come to your house with whatever task needed to be taken care of. You can't hire a better Negotiated a more than reasonable price, and showed up even earlier than he'd planned. Quick on site assessment and he went right to work. Super friendly and actually went slightly beyond what I asked of him. If he can provide a service you're in need of, call him ASAP. Will not disappoint...

Tree Stump Removal
Seth responded to our Home Advisor request for stump grinding immediately. We managed a quick on-line negotiation for the work required and he came the next day. His work was efficient, high quality, and beyond our anticipation. He handled his equipment expertly, and put our yard back into shape as if nothing had happened. We will hire him again in a heartbeat. This was high value for the cost, and we are usually very demanding customers.

Tree Stump Removal
Paid for 4 stumps to be completely removed and for one to be cut down about 4 to 6 inches as it was pretty much rotted away anyway. That one was as agreed. The other four were cut down but not completely removed as agreed. One of the four was too close to the side walk and the worker/owner was afraid that he would mess up his machine but was already below the sidewalk. I paid for the complete stump removal of 4 stumps but they were not completely removed. Company will not respond to my phone call. He hung up when I told him my name.

"Hi Mr. Donald, My apologies you were not satisfied by the service and discounted price. I requested this review from you as I thought you showed great satisfaction with the service. I haven't received a call from you since you gave me the check after the job was done. As each stump was done you were there and gave the ok after each were done. You made it clear you did not want deep holes in your yard. As for the stump growing through the sidewalk we will need to get someone to cut out that section and I would be happy to come back out to grind the thin piece the in the sidewalk. Again I apologize if you were not satisfied and hope that we can help you with any work in the future."
