The company went beyond my expectations to fulfill my need for a Water heater. I would tell anyone that asks how impressed i was with this company.

Plumber was courteous and fixed my water heater quickly.

Due to the removal of the vent pipe the sink now bubbles up as the water and air fight to flow down the drain. Yes they fix the leak but now we have a new problem. They should have told us what they were planning to do before the work. Rather than just cleaning the pipe they cuto the joint and pipes out and did not replace it with a similar pipe configuration and did not explain why they were omotting the venting pipe. I do not recommend them.

They were on time and took care of our plumbing problem. They also provided additional helpful information and suggestions to prevent future issues.

Backbone is no Bonehead! This professional full service plumbing organization exceeds expectations from the top (owner Frank) AND to project techs (certified plumbers) Arturo and Oscar. This is a Relationship Based organization that earns loyalty and repeat business by executing projects timely, reliably, ethically and cost effectively.

Good quality service, they also provided good recommendations on future maintenance. However the price is a bit steep. They charge more per hour after first hour, extra fee to use snake machine and extra fee to drain water heater - on top of hourly rate. But maybe others do the same tricks.

When the pros realized that there current job was going to take longer than expected, they immediately called to push back our time. I appreciated the 3 hour notice so that I was not waiting around for them for longer than was necessary. They were very professional and quick. Great job overall!

Backbone Plumbing did excellent work, has lots of expertise, and was very courteous, but expensive--$320 for 15 mins. of work. Knowing what was wrong on the basis of my description has to count for a lot, just not quite that much.

Very professional! located the problem right away fixed it with no problem. and even wore booties as to not track anything into the house. Will definitely recommend them and hire them again!
