Kyle did a beautiful job, he cleaned up after himself. He was pleasant to work with and I would hire him back in a heartbeat.

Kyle was very responsive to my request for repair right out of the gate. He addressed my concerns and explained what could and could not be done to repair the countertop. He fixed both the chips and the crack which exceeded our expectations! All at a fair price and was able to get us on his schedule quickly. We had a bad (7") crack in our expensive Cambria quartz counter top from heat exposure. I called BackCountry Counters and Kyle responded extremely fast. I sent pictures and he was able to come out the next day. He fixed the crack, installed supports and polished the areas so that you cannot even tell any damage was done. My wife and I are so pleased with Kyle's speed, responsiveness, professionalism and quality of work. I will be definitely recommending Backcountry to all of my friends who have countertop installation or repair needs. A+

Kyle was the contractor that came out to my mom‘s house and did a great job. He even carried the sink in from the garage for me. His job was to cut the kitchen quartz counter down to fit the new sink and he did a wonderful job! I would highly recommend Kyle for any kitchen tile project!

Kyle did a great job, cutting the sink hole bigger on my quartz countertops and adding the missing edge above the dishwasher. You can't even tell as he hid the line perfectly. Highly recommend!

First off, I was very pleased with the quick response after I submitted my help request. From the time I submitted my help request to me receiving help to get my new counter restored was 3 days, so thank you for that. The pro was courteous and clean and tried his best to get the job done to nearly perfect. It was a minor yet difficult job. He also respected our beautiful new home, too. I would recommend this pro. He's very knowledgeable about counters. He doesn't just do repair work, he also installs them. He's a licensed professional who will try his best to get the work done right.

The work was sloppy and unsightly, especially the too thick caulking. There are 4 visible seams, 2 placed too close together, with a screw used try to fix the problem. Not a solution a competent installer would use. The countertop is not bonded to the underlayment, with a visible gap showing, leaving it prone to cracking under weight. The bevel is uneven. Overhang ranged from 1 to 1 3/4 with bkack markings underneath. I asked for thinner. The installer was not licensed when doing the work. He left a 7 gouge on my metalic refrigerator. I consider this fraud by an incompetent Installer.

Backcountry Counters contacted me right away after my inquiry and let me know they would do everything g they could to help repair my countertop. Kyle showed up and explained the process to me and worked hard the entire appointment to fix my countertop. He draped and protected the surrounding area and after the job was finished cleaned the surrounding area. He showed me the progress throughout the appointment. Kyle was able to completely repair the countertop. I could not be happier with the job done by Backcountry Counters. I will recommend them and will use them for any future work I have.
