We actually did hire Back to Basics and are in the process of planning the job. They are a bit slow to follow up and return calls but we do believe they know their stuff and will deliver a good job for us. They will be laying our tile and overseeing our whirlpool bathtub installation using their own professionals.

I am very happy with the work that Back to Basics provided for us. They are very dependable and very helpfull. They went out of their way several times to make things work for us and it seems they enjoy the work that they do.
