Would not recommend because did not listen nor incorporate my wishes into projects. Asked Evan not to prune hydrangeas, both weeping tree and bushes, and ignored my request. Ruined the shape and bushes. Did not incorporate my plants and ideas into the proposed landscape design and it was several months late. They stopped working on project for several months and had to call to find out what happened. Both have a great concept for an organic approach. Was quite hopeful that this would be a successful project. Evan and Jen worked hard initially but then failed to finish the agreed project.

"We are extremely unhappy to hear that you were not totally satisfied with your experience. Our number one priority is that our clients are 100% satisfied with our work. When regular maintenance is severely neglected for several years, major pruning is required. Given the abundance of overgrowth, variety of species and the lengthy list of instructions that were given, we did our utmost to heed all of the direction given. Hence we made sure to communicate each day what was completed and all of the plants we had pruned that day. You did agree that it was a necessary step to restore the health of the plants we had pruned, once they bounced back with vigor, as they were in a critical state. We tried to reach out to you 4 times via email and phone, with no response. We can?t make adjustments to the proposed design and plans unless we hear back from you. We loved working with you and we want to make this right. We would gladly start the project up again to restore your garden to the oasis that you had envisioned."

Evan and Jen were very professional with their bid process. Once on the job they did a beautiful job trimming bushes, trees and cleaning the fence line. I would enthusiastically recommend these Marine Corps veterans for any project.
