So far, so good... this is at least a two part process, installing a new garbage disposal after the old one leaked and caused a lot of damage -- and that was done quickly, efficiently, and with good advice and input. And the second part, cleanup of the water soaked areas, replacing the rotted cabinet floor, and replacing the insulation and ceiling tiles downstairs. That will be when things are dry, later in the week. Since I haven't been billed yet, I am taking it on faith that "value for money" will be excellent, but I have no reason to suspect it won't. This was a Christmas day discovery, and Ken came promptly the day after, did what could be done, made my non-working fan work again to blow air and improve the drying time, and generally was exactly what I needed after the melt-down caused by the discovery of the mess. Assuming things continue to go as well when this job is finished, I have other projects for him!
