I give them 4 starts based on workmanship. They did great work and did the work within a quick period of time once they started. The people we spoke to seemed honest and knowledgable. I give them 3 stars for customer service. They were hard to reach and didn't return calls in a timely manner. Sometimes we would have to call a couple times before we got a call back sometimes 2-3 days later. It took a few weeks after we signed the contract to get them out to our house. One part of our fence needed repair right after the installation, and they never returned two of our calls to repair it despite the warranty, so we fixed ourselves.

Price was good, however it took a week after installation was completed to install the drop for our doube gate. I have a large dog and it was an inconvenience for that to be missing. If there is a job to do, you would think they would be prepared with all the correct materials for the job. Also, the fince is too high in some spots to where our 2nd dog can easily get out of the yard. Other than that, they did a good job. The guys were nice and they did make sure they cleaned up when they were finished.

Travis and his team were great. They gave a great quote - worked with us along the way to make some changes and the design and installation of the fence was wonderful. We have a steep hill in our backyard, it have never like the stair step look, but they made the fence flow beautifully making cuts and adjustments to make it perfect! Thank you
