Dishonest, zero communication, and difficult to work with. I paid a 50% deposit and then they disappeared. Was told it would be 4-6 weeks, and after 8 weeks and zero communication, I finally got ahold of them because I had my credit card company put a hold on the money I had already paid. They then demanded full payment to get me back on the schedule, I told them no thank you and have moved on. I would never do business with this company.

Professional work, polite and efficient

The installation crew arrived early on the day of installation and were planning to be done by 3 PM with the installation of 872 square feet of turf, but seemed to have trouble figuring out how to proceed with the turf installation after the base installation was finished. The installation team did not include the business owner, Cecil, since he was out of town on a brief vacation. JT, the lead installer spent time on the phone for a long period and meanwhile the other team members twiddled their thumbs waiting for guidance. The installation of the turf went painfully slow; was was finally completed after 5 PM and they were anxious to leave. There were lots of small turf fragments left strewn about and JT recommended using a leaf blower to get rid of them. Instead, I picked them up by hand filling a one-gallon container, since they will not biodegrade in my lifetime and blowing them would just move them somewhere else to sit. The edges of the turf along a concrete slab and the home foundation do not meet uniformly and have irregular gaps, which they attempted to fill with sand, but it has since disappeared leaving the gaps exposed. I have the feeling the installation would have been better if Cecil was present, since he has the most experience and would have done a more precise fit of the turf.
