This company is fraudulent. They installed a used pool (we thought it was new), installed it unlevel and with voids (holes under the fiberglass). They also installed broken deck jets that we had to fix ourselves. When the concrete guys would not install concrete due to it being unlevel, Chad, the owner said he ordered some special jacks to jack it up to make it level. When we got home, they were using bottle jacks and wound up cracking the fiberglass. The last communication from him said his guys would be out the next day to work on fixing it. They never showed up and wont return emails, texts, or calls. Additionally, our contract included the following things, that we have paid for, and did not receive: chiller, salt, vacuum, telescoping pole, net and brush, ph kit, skimmer basket, muriatic acid, and concrete ready. Highly recommend you look elsewhere for a pool contractor.

Great team to work with. The pool is amazing. Design was exactly what we were going for. Chad and Dan were good at communicating with me throughout the project. Only thing I wish had been a little better was the cleanup after of the yard.

You could tell talking to Chad that he cared very much about people getting the most out of their swimming pool, he wasn't just trying to sell you the largest pool he had. I checked a few of the references he provided and confirmed my impressions based on their experiences and my experience as well. I'd have no issues recommending Chad and Backyard Paradise to others.

Working with Chad, the owner, was easy, low pressure and very informative. He and his guys are perfectionists at what they do and they communicate throughout the entire process. I can t say enough good things about Backyard Paradise and would recommend them highly. They are competitively priced, follow up on their timelines, deliver the highest quality product and deliver the greatest customer service you could ask for. My family is looking forward to our first swim this summer and the great memories around our new pool!

I can t say enough great things about BP and their amazing owner & crew. I highly recommend Chad for your in-ground fiberglass pool. He was so easy to work with, always available for questions/concerns, and the most reasonably priced by far. We had a few issues along the way but Chad did everything necessary to correct them. Chad definitely puts the customer first and will bend over backwards for you. We have worked with our fair share of contractors and hands down Chad has been the best & easiest to work with! You will not be disappointed if you choose Backyard Paradise!!
