I learned that only licensed techs can work on a gas pool heater. They checked my heater, ordered the part and came right out to do the repair. They charged me 100.00 dollars to clean pool filter, which I paid. Changed pressure gauge and told me not worth fixing the hot tub. No free quotes here.

Very friendly professional people from Cheryl the receptionist to Joshua the repairman. Josh showed up at our house when he said he would, no waiting half the day for a repairman to show up hours after the time they quoted. He was very thorough about the items we needed to repair on our hot tub and he gave what I thought was a very competitive price to fix it. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Backyard Pool & Spa Repair again. 1- on time, scheduler was flexible and sweet 2- courteous and friendly service 3- knowledgeable 4- good value for the expert service 5-After the hurricane rolled through, were confident it would be weeks to months before we could get service for our insignificant issue of our spa not heating. But they are local, florida-born and raised, and treated our need as highly as they treated getting other folks' pools back and running. I am thankful that my need was simple, not lengthy in labor or time, and learned a couple of things from the service call too. I recommend highly.
