Howard and Alex overall was pleasant to deal with. We did have an issue with a sprinkler valve box that got damaged, but they did have it repaired and paid for the damage. I did have a few issues with the company that they used to repair it, The crew overall was pleasant and easy to deal with. They helped me remove a tree stump that was in one of the beds that was in the way. They also were patient and worked with me why i was rerouting and salvaging some of the plumbing with my sprinkler system. Also Roger and his crew helped me with moving my hot tub after they poured the slab. If I had one criticism it would be that I wish they had done a little better job cleaning up the pool. The pool still had a lot of adhesive residue left over on the walls from the forms they used to poor the concrete edges, They also could have done a better job cleaning up the gravel and dirt that was left behind on the front curb and the street. There was a chunk of concrete that broke off on one of the curves on the pool edge. They filled and patched it but it just broke off again we just learned to live with it. I thought they could of done a better job on following up on those couple of issues. They did do a great job cleaning up the property and replacing the grass. Overall we were happy with BVO, and we would recommend them.
