Renee is very professional and personable. She arrived on time, took several measures and explained everything. Two days later I received a full comprehensive report along with suggestions and recommendations. Very thorough. There was no hard sell and I trusted her.

I checked several companies. All wanted to check for mold first. I wanted home air checked. Renee charged less for full check, including Volatile Organic Compounds, Formaldehyde, big and small particulants, and mold. It Wasn't just yes or no, but varying levels. She looked every where, and used instruments for analysis. I don't get impressed easily. Renee with Bactronix was impressive. And personable. She certainly eased my mind. I'd recommend her for sure.
