I’ve hired Tim’s company for years. They have eliminated my mouse problem and they also do my regular maintenance pest control. Very reasonable in their prices!

i had a red wasp swarm. he sprayed a staying foam inspected for other problems.I was pleased with service and would recommend.

There is a 30-day warranty on their service. At the first visit and treatment, I was told to wait a week and if I still saw fleas, to call them and they would come back out. At the end of one week, there were a lot of fleas all over my house. I called Bad Bugs and they came back out and treated again. Same story, wait one week and call again if fleas still present. One week later, still have fleas! I called again and spoke with Mr. Williams. He implied that I didn't know what I was talking about but agreed to come back out. He came out and walked into two rooms and said he didn't see any fleas jump on him BUT he would treat in the two rooms where I could specifically say I had seen fleas. He treated the two rooms and left. One week later, I still say fleas and called Mr. Williams. He did not call me back so I called the office. He eventually called me but told me he would be off for the week-end and would call me on Monday, last to schedule an appointment. He also said that if I really still had fleas, I must be tracking them in. He has never called me and since I was home all day on Monday and have caller ID, I am sure of that. I have three cats that NEVER go outside. I have had them to the vet and they have been treated but are still suffering from the effects of the bites and their allergies to the flea saliva. The charge for service from Bad Bugs ($150) is reasonable if you received something for it but today is the 28the day of the warranty period and I have no more patience for this company!

Tim was extremely polite and personable. Very well spoken. Showe confidence that he knew what he was doing. Very diligent in his work. He went over problem areas around my home and also explained to us the chemicals he was using and why. He showed us areas to look for future bug issues. Went over the invoice and asked if we had any questions about what he wrote up. He also reaffirmed if we had any issues to make sure we contact him directly or leave a message with his team and he'd be back out to take care of the problem. I've work with 2 other pest companies and these guys were terrific!

I have been battling a horrible flea infestation since my dog's passing 2 weeks ago. We have spent hundreds of dollars to eliminate the problem to no avail. I received a call from this company to address our concerns and they are nothing less than professional. With a child, a toddler and an elderly woman living in the home we knew it was time to bring in the experts. Our technician Tim, was incredible and extremely polite. He showed up on time and thoroughly completed the job in a timely manner. About an hour after Tim left, I haven't had ONE flea bite myself or my son. Even the fleas that harbored on the tiles are weak and dying. I am so thankful to this company. Strongly recommend this business to anyone dealing with unwanted pests and insects.

They were a hour late for appointment but it was a Saturday night. The competition that hasn't even called me back yet, the following Monday. Tim was great. Ant problem solved!

They were very polite, up for doing anything that I needed to help my family feel more comfortable from the bugs and wasps. They called me quickly and told me what was going on with the insects were up to. Thank you

Quick service. Explained what they were going to do for the price, and askedd about my main concerns. No contract required--could cancel at any time.

We scheduled for them to come out at 10 am and they did not show up or call until3 pm that afternoon. I went ahead and let them spray only because I am due to have a baby any day and didn't know when someone else would be available. They offered no apology or excuse for the no call no show and not even a discount on the rate. Things would have been different if they had just called and told me what was going on. instead I was left in the dark and pretty upset. completely unprofessional! not only that I'm still having the same issues. He explained nothing to me.

Returned my call promptly concerning huge hornet nest close to the entrsnce of my home. Offered to come that day, but i preferred the next morning because of my work schedule. He arrived on time. Professional, friendly, and took time to answer all of my questions. Would recommend his business, and will call him again if necessary. Thanks for your help, Tim!

Did the best initial inspection of any group that came in. Identified where the problem was and was not; showing me clearly why he was calling certain areas contaminated. I was very comfortable with the number of rooms that had to be treated because of this. No other group was this through.
