Did a tub replacement but damaged adjacent drywall when reinstalling toilet. Won't return our calls Won't even discuss it. They are NOT a Sarasota based company anymore but have home office in California

I have been a customer for over 12 years. I have a new York system bought from you that does not work. Still under warranty and serviced twice a year since new. My AC has been out for a week now and I am told you are waiting for parts. When I call no one is available and I do not get a call back. Please Help Joe

4.9 stars on google, 2 stars on yelp. 2 repairs I paid for, 6 visits, 2 AC refrigerant recharges, and my AC doesn't hold temperature.

Accomodating in my hour of need. I needed a new A/C in record breaking FL temps. They brought me a room A/C and set it up so I had one room cooled in a house as hot as an oven. The installers worked into the evening the next day to get me back up and running. Best price and everything working well. Happy customer.
