Don't spend one penny with this company. I spent over $12, 000 on a new roof last year. I have a small fix needed, maybe a 10 minute repair job to a bathroom exhaust fan venting tube that fell off because it was only duct taped on. I'd do it myself but I can't access it without the risk of falling through my hallway ceiling. Called, texted, left phone messages to no avail. The person in the office said they'd get my message to the owner Jason and that it was in the right hands. WRONG. THEY JUST WANT YOU MONEY. Good luck with anything after that. I told them I'd come here with a negative review, guess they just don't care. Terrible customer service. Good luck out there.

We had our roof replaced with a metal roof, the work was timely finished in 3 days, and looks very good.. I now do not have to worry about winter ice dams going under the shingles like they have for the past 20 years.. I thought it might not be a quiet roof, but in the last storm it was very quiet.. WiFy works fine with this roof the contractor is highly recommended. also seamless gutters were installed with SS micro leaf guards.. excellent work and they match the roof.. thanks guys.

They did the work in a timely manner with expert craftsmanship. I am very satisfied.

Get EVERYTHING in writing and make sure two or three times that YOU are completely clear on what your final project will include...

Came out, saw that the job was probobly not big enough, send an estimate per hour. I signed it and send it back with a request to come as soon as possible??never responded or showed up! Not reliable! Would not recommend!

They came out once and sent me an email saying they would come back out to find the leak. I emailed them twice and never heard back from them. Not good service. Do you have any other contractors that do this? Thanks.

Had weather delays and the communication by the rep with the work crews was a bit lacking - but overall I'd recommend this company as their value is very good and the end result was excellent!

This company recently did the flat portion of the roof at my house. I'm giving them 4 only because the cost was high. However, they delivered on the project and were very professional throughout the process. They kept me well informed about the project. They were also very fast. I will rehire them.

Tony did a great job working with my insurance adjuster on my garage roof storm damage claim. The new roof looks great.

The work crews came to our home Wednesday am and was done with our entire roof by 4 pm. We are still waiting on the gutters and downspouts, but no complaints here.

This Spring my roof developed a leak. I calked the leak, but a more permanent fix was needed. I called Badger Contracting and they gave me a fair quote for repairs. Chris arrived as scheduled and did an excellent job with the repairs which included replacing a gutter section. Great Job!

I purchased all new windows for my house in March 2017. I am happy with the product I chose, but working with Badger Contacting was challenging. I had to call or text my sales person several times before I would get a call or text back. I was constantly calling him to get a status on my order. Once my order came in the installers they sent did and excellent job, but the day they did the install it was to cold to caulk the windows so I had to contact my sales person to schedule someone else to come back and that took a few weeks. Once the install was finalized I paid the balance of my bill and a few weeks after that one of the windows wouldn't lock. I called my sales person and to make a long story short it is now July 24, 2017 and the window has not been fixed yet. The sales person finally just provided me the Mfg. reps contact information, I am now dealing directly with the manufacture and that isn't going well either. Once my Badger sales person gave me the contact name for the Mfg. he's NEVER followed up to see if my windows have been taken care of. Also, at the beginning of this process I asked for a quote on granite countertops, he took all the measurements, but I never saw the quote. After all that we have gone through regarding these windows I will not be hiring Badger Contractor again.

Great customer service

These guys were great! Arrived at my home when scheduled and were able to fix the issue immediately. I don't know about the price as I am waiting for them to finish a second portion of the job as well as an invoice. With that being said I would use this company again without thinking twice.

Did not put gutter back on properly.Got great price for roof,seems to be alright.If I did'nt have gutter problem would have given them 5 stars all around! Would recommend them.
