Very responsive. Polite and friendly. Explained things as we went along. Expertise high. I had a propane line leaking and was confident they Nic knew what he was doing. It was a major job so cost $$$. But I assume the cost was fair. And we list all our heat due to the leak and it was a super cold spell so for Nic to drop some other work to treat this as an emergency was very relieving.
