Never on time. Chasing owner to have clean and pump. Text message from owner "I do not schedule appointments for septic pumping as the day does not go perfectly." OKAY -Does this company offer septic pumping????? Most septic tanks need to be dug up. SO, do customers dig and cross their fingers that a professional will come and do the job they stated they would do? Here is a news flash-other people work and have lives that is why professionals make appointments and keep them if they want to keep their business.

We had shopped around for a septic company to replace our whole septic system when we found out our leaching fields were starting to fail. Ben is hands down the best. He's professional, responsive, a great expert who will explain everything, saved us thousands compared to other competitors, and truly cares about his customers. His team deserves a lot of credit as well. I'd give 10 stars if it was possible. Definitely using him for other services going forward.

Unless you know precisely where the access to your Septic tank is, be prepared to repair the dead grass that has to be dug up in the process of locating it. It was not referred to by me or the service provider so I didn't really think about that part of the restoration after the service. The overall experience was very pleasant, done on time and no damage or further service needed to be done other than empty the tank. I will use them again in a few years.
