When I got the estimate by the owner, I thought it was too high. The bid was $395.00. I didn't get another estimate. I felt they knew what they were doing. I know nothing about pigeons. The office said it would take 2 1/2 hours. They might have to wear protective suits for the pigeon abatement. They completed the gutter cleaning and one pigeon removal. I was very upset about the price, because they worked for one hour. I felt is was unfair. I told the company I wouldn't pay the $195 for the abatement. The owner called me and I told him about my experience. He said they gave me an estimate. He said he would take me to small claims court if I didn't pay the $195 for abatement. We negotiated, and he reduced by bill by $50. I paid him $295, instead of $345.

Hired Bailey Boys Services for gutter cleaning and they did a very good job. Their office was very responsive and provided estimate of service and as well as an invoice after completion of service to me very quickly and efficiently. They cleaned any "messes" from the gutter cleaning. Only thing that they had an issue with was not being able to clear one of the downspouts. The tech worked on it for a bit but could not resolve the problem. He did not have the necessary tools and the service I purchased did not include the down spout repair. The tech did provide me some instructions on how to repair it on my own. Overall, satisfied with service.

Cleaning the gutters results in a lot of debris all over the yard, but they left my yard cleaner than they found it! 👍🏽👏🏼

Timely, polite, and fair to good on work quality they performed. They did not have systematic approach to job. At least 1/3 of interior windows were missed all together. A gain, good personalities , poor follow through.

Bailey Boys set an appointment and arrived on time. Completed work quickly and cleaned up well. Found a problem with my downspouts and fixed on site.

On 3/4/2015, Bailey Bros did a wonderful job cleaning my gutters on my 2 story home and installing a couple of pigeon abatement devices on my roof. I worked with one of the owners who was very friendly and did a great job. Because I was pleased with the work on the first job, I also hired Bailey Bros to clean my windows and power wash my back patio on 4/27/2015. Bailey Bros hired some students to clean the windows and did a so-so job. The windows were cleaned but the screens were not cleaned very well not to mention, some of the screens were torn, I'm assuming this happened when they tried to remove the screens from the windows. If you hire Bailey Bros, I would ask who will do the work before agreeing to the job.
