Bailey Engineering Corporation, a full-service building science and mechanical engineering consulting firm, providing services with specialized experience in humid climates. The best description of our services is "the client's engineering department." We act as the "in house" engineering department for many clients who do not have their own departments with expertise in the matters they are confronted with. When our clients have issues with their building, such as: air conditioning problems that are not being resolved by their normal maintenance/service people; comfort problems or complaints that are not being resolved or are chronic; moisture or water intrusion problems; mold and mildew growing in their buildings odors; multiple HVAC equipment failures; etc., they pick up the phone and call BEC.
