Originally I was interested in a tankless water heater and Don Bailey was the first to contact me. I was getting estimates in 3,400 to 4000 price range. As I was shopping for the tankless water heater my current water heater went out. I contacted Don and he confirmed that he could replace my current water heater the same day at a cost of $1,500. I said lets get it done. His guys are ok. Job took twice as long as it should have. Some of it was his supplier provided a water heater that was different from what they ordered. So the guys had to adapt it to fit my house. When it was time to pay I was told the bill was $1,590.00. I spoke to Don and he said that is what he quoted me originally. I do not know if this was intentional or accidental. However, as a business owner, now retired. It is the responsibility of the business owner to make sure that the customer is fully informed and avoid misunderstandings! I did pay the higher price. But I will continue my search for a plumber that has reasonable prices, that is reliable and I can trust. Any time all the time.
