DO NOT USE THIS PERSON! He is a total rip-off, unreliable, and a cheat! Unprofessional! Untrustworthy! He took money from me for a "down payment" for an expensive part ($85) for my dryer, then later found out the part has been discontinued. He then tried to sell me some other dryers which looked like they were sitting in his basement. Those models all got bad reviews. and I don't believe he is an authorized seller of those dryers. I told him I didn't want those models, and just send me back my money. He has NEVER refunded me my money. He never gets back to me...his voice mail message box is always "Full". When I have texted with him about refunding my money, he always gives me an excuse, and NEVER follows through. This has been going on since end of October 2015. It is now January 2016. I have held back writing a bad review on Bailey, hoping he would finally come through and refund my money. But, at this point, after more than 3 months, I finally decided to write this review and let everybody know NOT TO USE THIS PERSON.

DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY THERE WAS A GAS LEAK BEFORE HE LEFT MY HOME WHICH I ADVISED HIM OF, HE SAID THERE WAS NOT ONE, I CALLED THE NEXT DAY, HE WAS TO COME LOOK AT IT, NEVER SHOWED UP.. TURNS OUT HE LEFT A GAS LEAK IN MY HOME FOR 48 HOURS, AND REFUSES TO HAVE IT PROPERLY FIXED

He was on time told me what went wrong .He did a good job.

I had this company come and fix my microwave. They kept it at their shop for three weeks and when they returned it still did not work and cost me $300.

Bailey was excellent. He Has the ability to repair any problems. Bailey is a true honesty professional. 5 stars people. Excellent price. Fix my problem within less than 10 mins. That's amazing. Thank you absolutely wonderful.

Very knowledgable and efficient. He came with the parts he thought might be needed (from my description of the problem) and therefore did not have to schedule another appointment to install them later. Provider missed two appointments before coming out to fix the appliance, but did keep in touch and inform me of the delays.

He was able to install my stove the same day I called. He was very professional and the quality of his work was excellent. Not only did he remove the old stove and install the new one, but took time to show me all the features (convection) and how to use them. I would definitely recommended him.

Bailey responded promptly to my call for a repair job on my tenants stove. I was able to schedule an appointment on the same day, which was in the evening on a Friday. He diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the parts the very next day. He did a great job and I would definitely recommend him.

Bailey was hired at very short-notice, and he came through! He helped us not only move a pre-owned Viking stove from one location in Manhattan to another, but he also did a great installation job, as well. Definitely recommended!
