Heat Pump Installation and Replacement

I regret choosing Bailey?s Heating. In April 2024, the owner, Mitch, installed two Bosch AC units and ADP heat pump systems. We paid about $28,000 in full. Immediately after installation, the systems produced loud and disruptive noises. Mitch returned initially, but the issues never stopped. When heating was first used later in 2024, the system made extremely loud banging noises. Despite repeated requests, Mitch did not return until winter 2025 and repairs were delayed until February 2026?nearly two years later. Even then, the noise was not fully resolved. After the last repair, my messages were ignored. When I turned on the AC again, it did not work at all, despite being only the third season of use. The company failed to stand behind their work, leaving me with unreliable systems and ongoing sleep disruption. I would strongly caution others before hiring them.

Our experience with Baileys Heating and Air was exceptional in getting our Central Air up and going. All 4 men; From the estimate to completion, Jose, Mike, Jeremy and Rudy were personable while completing the work in a timely manner. They always cleaned everything up everyday and communicated with us about any concerns plus always ready to answer any questions we might have had.We would highly recommend them and Baileys Heating and Air.

They where very professional. They helped me with any questions i had. The technician that came and did the work (Tom) made sure i knew everything that was going on. At the end of the job i felt like i underpaid them for the quality of service i received. They did a Great Job. Started the project on time and finished quickly. I shopped many different companies but chose Baileys based on overall price for the Trane unit , the duct cleaning and other needs that I had. A few glitches came up in the project and they took care of it with no additional charges.
