The most prompt response ever and the workmanship was very good. The only negative was the cost! Maybe its a Maryland Thing.

He did exactly what he said he would do and no more. That did not clear my drain. He said I needed to have my basement floor excavated and the drain line replaced. I called another plumber to clear the drain.

I didn't know how to evaluate the damage my stopped up basement drain was causing. But, Mr. Bailey was great and solved the problem quickly. He even did a little favor for me re: my slow bath tub drain. I would recommend his service; he was personable, professional and informative.

Ray was on-time, personable, knowledgeable and courteous. He listened to my description of the problem, asked a few questions, took a look at the layout. He then made three clear recommendations and explained why the least expensive option was our best choice. Based on our initial phone call, he had arrived with the proper tools and acted to resolve the situation. He left us with clear follow-up guidance and assured us that if one of the other options turned out to be required, he would adjust the charges based upon what we had already paid. One of the best experiences we've had with the plumbing industry!

Honest and efficient and very flexible with new problems.

They were courteous and frendly and did good work. The only issue was that their bank put a 10 day hold on my bank check. They requested that I call my bank to see what they could do even go as far as cancel the check and wire the money which was not a choice per the bank. It turned out it was their banks policy and so they had to wait. Overall I'm still happy with the job.

Ray is professional, flexible, and very thorough. I would definitely recommend him to my friends!

Ray phoned me prior to arrival letting me know that he would be delayed for scheduled appointment which I really appreciated. He checked the sump pump and drainage system to determine if it was working properly. He determined that the line needed to be jetted and sump pump pit cleaned out due to the presence of debris in the pit. He returned and completed the cleaning of system and found a blockage in the basement stairwell drain. I am planning to have Bailey's Plumbing to remove the blockage and correct the problem. I thankful to have a plumber whom I feel I can trust. Ray kept me informed as he performed the jetting of the the French drains to see the debris and see the air rippling into the sump pump pit. He also showed and explained where the blockage was and how it affected the flow of water from my stairwell area. He gave the free estimates within a timely fashion and I felt he did not use any hard sell dialogue to influence my decision to hire him to complete the work.👍

Came fast and finished work in the same day

Ray (owner) came out on a Sunday. My issue was much more then I expected. Needless to say, I was a wreck. Ray was calming,knowledgeable and was willing to work with me. I honestly can't find the right words to express how AWESOME he was. I would recommend him to my family and he will be the only plumber I will ever use! 5 stars all the way around.

Ray is extremely professional, honest and will do what is best. He is helping me with a very complex situation. I dont know of anyone who would have the time or courage to do so. I am recommending him to everyone i know.

He is a good person. It took some time to be able to solve the sump pump problem but the pump is working fine.

Mr. Bailey was kind, professional and timely in his work and conversation. He replaced my sewage ejector pump within a day. He also gave me a military discount since I was a Vet. I was very glad to hire a vet to do this job. Mr. Bailey himself was a Navy Veteran and I highly recommend him.
