The first technician that came out was pretty good but was hoping that he had fixed the problem that we were having but then the very night the sound we were hearing in our heating system came back. That was on a Thursday and the technician had told me that he was going to check into a couple things with our heating system and if the sound came back to give him a call and so on the following Monday I did and my husband had been home, after I had called the company someone came out supposedly it was the owner of the company because he was in our area and wanted to see what was going on he pretty much told my husband that The ducting was too small and that he was not going to do anything about it because supposedly the home was under warranty. And why don't we contact them. I would not recommend this company to save my life they were pretty rude to my husband and to me that's uncalled for apparently they don't want our money.

Project: Repair Electric Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
I am rating two different repairmen. The first was on time and recommended a new blower for my furnace. He was going to order the part and return in 4 days (Tuesday.) After he did not show, I called the next day (Wednesday) and learned the part had not yet been ordered. A different repairman then ordered it and scheduled a visit on Friday. He was 1/2 hr late, but apologized. He was older and seemed more professional than the first man. He suggested I replace the entire furnace since it was over 30 yrs old, and I agreed with him. He said he would be back on the following Tuesday. Today is Saturday, so we'll see how things go on Tuesday.
