Within an hour of putting in a request for quotes, Dan called and by late afternoon, he was at my home to review the tasks and give a quote. We settled on a date for him to complete the project and he did so at a very reasonable price. He did a fantastic job and cleaned up, leaving nothing to show he was here except for the exceptionally perfect job on all my tasks. He is now my go-to handyman.

Job was done fine as far as I know. My concern was the additional price charged. A small extra job was required, which he did, and then arbitrarily charged $375 more for that. I don't like arbitrary pricing that is not based on the time or effort it took - but rather is simply how much extra money the person feels they can get away with. My mistake for not asking what hourly rate he would charge if there was anything added to the original scope of work.

He was capable at anything I threw at him...from trimming a tree to fixing a plumbing problem. I appreciated that he took the time to explain different issues.
