If I could give zero stars I would! I was quoted around $4000 to raise my pool deck. Due to the time between my initial quote and the actual date of work, my foundation moved even more. Because of that, the amount was raised by $2000. I understood that it originally required 1 inch and now would require 3 inches. The additional amount of product required was the reason given for the increase. The problem was they didn't raise it by 3 inches. Once they started, they cracked the pool deck and therefore stopped raising it any further. They only raised the pool deck by the original 1 inch. But they never went down on the price, even though that was the reason for the increase. So now, it is not fixed, it has a 3 foot crack AND now it is uneven and water now collects in a dip that they created. The other issue: When the original salesman came to my home, he said that my pool deck needed to be raised but even more importantly, I need to address my driveway. He said the driveway was more crucial than the pool deck. So I added it. On the day of the service, I had to add the additional $2000 because of a larger scope of work (see above). Because I was stressed about the cost, he recommended that we don't do the drive way or only do half of the drive way because it "wasn't that bad". What? He originally sold that because it WAS so bad. So which was it? Was I duped into getting the drive way done in the original bid or was it not that bad? I can't be both. Integrity? Honesty? I contacted the manager, I was told she was the owner's daughter. I explained in depth the issue and she promised to look into and get back to me. I have waited over 3 weeks and she has yet to respond. Each time I call the office, I am told she is in a meeting. I leave my name, and still never receive a call back. Their website says the following sets them apart: 1. "Transparent pricing"- I did NOT receive that 2. "Honesty"- I did NOT I received that 3. "Quality & efficiency"- I definitely did NOT receive that Buyer beware- They do not do business with Integrity and honesty. They also will never call you back once they get your money.

The job was completed on time and on budget

The crew who did the work were very knowledge and professional. They communicated with us frequently and kept us up to date on the status of the project. They were efficient and courteous and they did a great job!

I was getting a quote for Tax purposes and to also find out about my foundation problems. Jude is the representative for the company. He was very friendly, informative and showed all the credentials for the company. Explained everything in detail with his findings and provided me with cost & payment plans. Was very pleased with his whole presentation and how easy it was to talk with him. He is a great asset to your company!!

I was fully impressed by "Kris & Marco's" dedication to my scheduled repair requests. They both ensured my satisfaction was #1 on their list each morning. On-Time both days and briefed me on the work scheduled for that morning. They worked very hard then moved on to their next scheduled assignments. I also was amazed by the Cleanliness of the job site each day and when they were finished it looked brand new. My driveway is safe now and looks great. The warranty gives me full piece of mind. Thank You Baird Co. and hats off to Marco & Kris again.

Foundation Repair. Rudy Cruz, William Martinez and David Munoz were timely, professional, personable and courteous. They did what they said would do. They also educated us on soils and foundations. We will use them again if needed!!

Brandon did a very thorough review of my foundation and spent a good amount of time explaining what was happening and the best way to fix the issue. The crew that came out to fix my foundation (Jesus, Alex, Art, & Jordan) were very professional and the crew chief (Jesus) was very knowledgeable and kept me apprised every morning of the plan for that day. So far, I am very happy I chose BAIRD!

Baird came out, at no charge, to evaluate the foundation of our home at my request for possible repair. I was happily and pleasantly surprised to learn that no repair is necessary at this time. I was given a few pointers on how to maintain our foundation, and that Baird will be glad to come out and monitor any new concerns and build a history of our foundation over time. **In my book, top-notch professional.**

Two neighbors mentioned them, & after reading the booklet they brought explaining how their procedure is superior to other options (going down to bedrock with galvanized steel pipes) I was sold. I was kept well informed as the project went along. I know they were careful when they dug & jack hammered.
