jeremy lara would not perform warranty work to fix their workmanship problems. he simply STOPPED responding. Left work undone. despite paying EXTRA for warranty. Roof LEAKS. First of all Jeremy did an awesome job explaining everything from start to finish (which went like clockwork), and was VERY professional. They got us on the schedule right away and started our roof tear and came back each day finishing the job in a VERY short time! The crew was timely, professional and left our property cleaner than they found it. The roof is beautiful! and the price was the BEST price we could find. I would recommend to friends and family. Baja Roofing was awesome to work with. They just finished a "cool" roof on my house in Mar Vista. I got bids from 7 companies and I LOVE these guys. On time or early, best price, always happy to do a little extra (they hauled extra trash from my property - no charge) and the City inspector was very impressed with their work. They did my 3300 sq ft roof in 6 days working around my solar company to remove and replace my solar panels and also removed and replaced my 8 skylights. I can't say enough about these guys. Oh! Maybe one more thing...it is a family owned, 30 years in business company and the owner, Ronnie, has been on my roof nearly every day working along side of his guys. A lot of integrity. 10 year labor warranty and lifetime GAF Cool shingle warranty. I'm happy, happy!

Baja Roofing was one of the most professional roofing companies that gave me a very fair estimate. They were on time, the job was done in less than 8 hours and they left the place clean. Another company wanted to do a complete tear down which would have been more expensive and unnecessary. The new re-roof fit snugly over the existing asphalt shingle and looks great and I'm now ready for El Nino!
