Very professional and knowledgeable about plants and landscaping. Gave me a quote and when I accepted I received quick service. Besides aeration Tavo adjusted the sprinklers and fertilized the grass.

Lawn & Yard Waste Clean Up
Octavio was supposed to send two guys to clear and spray weeds in perimeter and tree planting areas. One guy showed up, took 4 hours with a string trimmer, and didn't spray. Two weeks later, the mess is back. And, all the cutting debris was not raked up. $600.00 for one guy, four hours, and still a mess? Never again!

I am finding out about this almost a month later and I wish you would have reached out sooner. This situation makes me feel disappointed as I wished you have given me another opportunity to return and make this right since I offered to do so multiple times. I want this to go on the record that I also offered you to disregard the unpaid amount of $600.00."

Tavo gave us a very clear, conscience bid, with some choices if we wanted to have all the work completed as one job, orig we would prefer to have it spread out over a few weeks or months. I m pleased we decided to have it done as one job. We are thrilled with the results. The crew was prompt, knowledgeable, hard working and courteous. I will hire them again in the future if I decide to have more work done.

You don't find contractors like Octavio Austin very often. He's fair and thoughtful with pricing and stays until the job gets done. He finds a way to get the job done on time. I refer him constantly.
