He came after of the appt. time; diagnosed the problem; sold additional services while in-house. was supposed to call same day with follow-up and delivery times of authorized parts and aditional service. NEVER CALLED -- NEVER CAME BACK -- STILL HAVE SAME PROBLEM; except know I've spent $68 to know the cause of problem. DISUSTED!!!

He was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He seemed very honest and did not charge us for a second service call when he did not have a part in stock. However, he did not return follow up calls very quickly.

Excellent service. Prompt initial response and review of repair issue followed by quick order/receipt of parts, then again prompt repair of appliance. Serviceman was very knowlegable and nice to deal with. Would certainly use Baker Applicance Services again, and recommend to all.

Bill was very prompt in calling me about my service. He came to service my refrigerator when it was convienent for me. He gave me an exact estimate of what was to be done. I was very pleased.

Baker Appliance was a breath of fresh air! Bill was able to make it out to our home quickly to resolve our appliance problem on our Bosch Dryer. I would use Baker Appliance again for sure and am thankful to service magic for getting us connected with them! Wonderful company, wonderful service, A+++++!!!!

Mr. Baker fixed my washer quickly and efficiently. 75 bucks for a short visit is a bit much, but then again, I don't know how to fix washing mashines.
