I had an awful experience with this company. Not only did they misdiagnose my AC issues, they incorrectly installed my coil. This caused the system to continuously go out and they were repeatedly unable to resolve the issue. Finally, i hired an independent AC contractor who discovered their error in minutes. Baker Brothers admitted fault but was only willing to refund me ~10% as I had a new system which i did not need and did not want. Essentially they showed up at my house with a new car and demanded payment. They were incompetent, unprofessional and unethical throughout the entire process.I caught them in several lies. At the end they basically challenged me to take legal actions. I think fraud is part of their business model after my experience

Put on shoe coverings, wore masks, answered all questions, very efficient, very polite and told me what to expect and when water wold be hot. All around excellent job.

This review is the AC/Heat: Used scare tactics to sell other services totally not related to issue at hand. Main tech left installation for 1 guy to do which clearly was too much for 1 person. Main tech (sales guy) improper questions about my family , condescending, high pressure. I wrote complaint and got BS standard cookie cutter response.. never will use again. Plumbing side just as bad! Still have new toilet sitting uninstalled, two large holes cut out of sheet rock unfixed. Sloppy and again will never use!

I have found their prices to be high and believe they performed unnecessary part replacement on my outside A/C unit, causing a $2,200 bill when only a capacitor needed to be replaced. They also charged $576 for putting refrigerant into the system even though it was known to be leaking. Since the system still wasn't working, they came back out and replaced the coils for an additional $3,000! Buying the "Family Plan" for $9.95/month gets you a discount, but that still doesn't get their prices down to being what you can get elsewhere. In addition, I scheduled a visit for an inspection and they never showed up, causing me to lose 1/2 day of work! And more: they quoted me $1,300 for duct cleaning and upon getting a second opinion, I was told my ducts have a special internal membrane which never needs cleaning.

Recently launched into a full cast iron sewer replacement under my house. This was a massive project with 10's of thousands of dollars in cost. It was not perfect, but once you get to the right people things go great. It was a lot of trouble but we finally got to Amber and Troy in insurance, and Evan in assessment and Roberto for the lead on the repairs. Those four people are the only people that I would want to deal with because they treated the job with respect as if it was their own house and put forth the extra effort.

Allan talked me through an explanation of every step so I could understand what he was doing and why it was needed.

Stayed late to complete work and give extra advice. Wonderful service.

Were able to make it out the same day which was nice. The price to repair the sink line seemed high but ultimately needed it fixed so I went forward with the repair.

A great company for evaluating any problem areas and seeing any damage and sources of concern. I needed the lines cleaned out but with the camera we were able to see what could be potentials in the future and the tech covered this with me.

On time, thorough and professional. Chris explained each step of the process and explained cost estimates at each step.
