David's work was outstanding! He is a detail oriented contractor; and once he started the project, it didn't take him long to finish it. For those who are price sensitive like me, David's final invoice matched exactly what he had quoted. No surprises (well, in fact, he did more due to my error). I got a lot of positive comments from friends and neighbors about how beautiful the fence is.

Came to hou9se to measure and gave a written quote. Quote was accepted, but he failed to return 3 calls left on his answering machine. The 4th message left was "just forget the whole thing"

We had a contract with them to do the porch, the basement steps and the back door surround. They replaced the back porch for us. The structural part was fine, we are unhappy with the finishing part. We asked them to do some finishing work on the porch but they naver came back to do that. We still have not heard from them and we still have no basement steps. We do not recommend them.

"I am very disappointed to read this review considering this is a job that we completed over 9 months ago and have not heard from this customer since he gave me a bad check after the completion of the porch. I had called him several times about the check with no return call. I had to go to his house to resolve this situation. At that point I no longer felt comfortable to do any more work for him."

Dave and his crew performed a complicated tree removal from the side of the house and repaired/rebuilt stairway access to a 2nd floor apartment, adding lattice work to the top landing. He did a great job!
